Cancellation Policy

How cancellations, reschedules, weather, and late arrivals are handled.

24+ Hours Notice

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled booking time receive a full 100% refund.

Less Than 24 Hours Notice

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled booking time are non-refundable.

No-Shows

Failure to arrive at the dock for your scheduled time slot is treated as a no-show and forfeits all funds paid.

Weather & Unsafe Conditions

If Aqua 6ix halts operations due to lightning, high winds, dangerous water conditions, or any unsafe situation, you will be offered a reschedule or a booking credit. Cash refunds for weather-related cancellations are issued at management's discretion.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late shortens your riding window. Sessions cannot be extended past your scheduled end time. Extreme lateness may be processed as a no-show.

Compliance Failures

No refund is provided if you are unable to ride because you did not pass the safety quiz, declined to sign the required waiver, or appeared to be under the influence at check-in.
