The core terms that apply to every Aqua 6ix booking. These summarize the full rental agreement you sign at check-in.

Acceptance of These Terms

By booking with or renting from Aqua 6ix Water Sports Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and the full rental agreement and liability waiver you sign at check-in.

Eligibility

All primary riders and passengers must be 21 years of age or older. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. No boating licence is required to ride with us.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is conditionally held once your payment is processed. Final booking authorization and key handover happen only after you complete the safety tutorial, pass the safety quiz, and sign the digital waiver. Your reservation is not fully confirmed until these onboarding steps are complete.

Security Deposit & Damage Liability

A $500 refundable pre-authorization hold is placed on your credit card before launch. This hold may be applied toward equipment damage, lost or damaged safety gear, cleaning fees, unapproved time overruns, or safety violations. Your liability is not capped at $500 — you remain responsible for any repair or replacement costs that exceed the hold amount.

Rider Conduct

Racing, wake-jumping, tight spinning, reckless maneuvers, ignoring staff instructions, or abusive behavior toward staff or others will result in immediate termination of your session with no refund. The primary operator is fully responsible for the conduct of their passengers.

Alcohol & Drugs

Aqua 6ix operates a strict zero-tolerance policy. Anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol, cannabis, or any other substance that could impair judgment or reaction time will be denied launch with no refund.

Mandatory Safety Onboarding

Every rider must complete the safety briefing and training tutorial, pass the safety quiz, and sign the liability waiver before operating a watercraft. Riders who have not completed these steps cannot ride.

Weather & Operational Changes

Aqua 6ix reserves the right to delay, shorten, pause, cancel, or reschedule rentals due to weather, water conditions, mechanical issues, or any situation deemed unsafe by our staff. Please see our Cancellation Policy for how weather-related changes are handled.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be handled exclusively within the courts of Ontario.
